The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with STWTravels, outlining our respective rights and obligations. By requesting confirmation of your booking, we assume you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions. They apply specifically to the trip arrangements we agree to make, provide, or perform as part of our contract with you, referring to the trip, booking, contract, or arrangements unless otherwise stated, with “departure” denoting the start date of these arrangements.

Booking Confirmation and Payment Conditions
We’re honored to have you as a repeat customer and look forward to creating more unforgettable travel experiences for you!
1. Solo and group trip has payment plan
2. Solo trips up to 6-3 months before departure
3. There’s no limit to payment plans for group trips before the cutoff date . However, a $100usd non-refundable and non-transferable security deposit is required.
Booking Deposit Requirement Policy:
❖ To secure your booking, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $100.00 USD per person is required.
❖ 50% of the trip payment to be made at least 3 months prior to departure.
❖ The full balance must be received by us 4-6 weeks before departure.
❖ If you book within 6 weeks of departure, please note that immediate full payment is required.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept these terms. The deposit will be applied to your total package cost, and the balance payment will be due 1-2 months prior to departure (or as specified in your booking confirmation).
Quoted Price Breakdown:
At STWTravels, our quoted prices cover the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of your trip. This includes group equipment and supplies, accommodation and administration, as well as staff and guide services.
Prices are subject to change due to availability and payment timing. Prices may fluctuate if there are delays in payment or if availability changes before, we receive your payment. We encourage prompt payment to secure your quoted price. Once your trip price is confirmed, we will only adjust in the event of changes in transportation costs, dues, taxes, fees, or exchange rates used to calculate your trip cost.
Special Requests Policy:
At STWTravels, we strive to accommodate special requests from our travelers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey. If you have a special request, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to departure.
Types of Special Requests
We will consider requests for:
- Room upgrades or specific room allocations
- Dietary requirements or preferences
- Special occasions or celebrations
- Disability or mobility assistance
- Other reasonable requests
Processing Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate your special request, but please note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment. If your request is accepted, we may charge an additional fee to cover any extra costs incurred.
Deadline for Special Requests
Please submit your special request at least 30 days prior to departure. Requests received after this deadline may not be considered.
Communication
We will communicate with you regarding the status of your special request. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you as soon as possible.
