What’s the first step to take when applying for a Visa?
You are required to have your passport with a minimum of 6 months validity in it, digital passport size photograph and proof of payment. Additional documentation and information may be required to follow through with the process.
What’s the first step to take when booking a trip?
To get started with booking your trip, a few details are required. We need to know your destination, travel dates, budget, accommodation preference, number of rooms and travelers, and the ages of any children. If you’re unsure or would like guidance, we offer a 15-20 minute consultation session for US$30 to help plan your trip.

Do you have a cancellation and refund policy?
Yes, we do:
- A non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $100USD fee will be charged. This fee is included in the trip.
Refund Policy:
- Full refund up to 35 days before departure (subject to airline, hotel, and vendor policies).
- 50% forfeited 15-20 days before departure.
- 50% forfeited 15-20 days before departure.
- No refunds for unused services or force majeure (natural disasters,change of mind).
- Refunds processed within 14 days of cancellation notification.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
What should I do if my passport got lost or stolen while traveling internationally?
If your passport is lost or stolen abroad, report the incident to local law enforcement and contact your home country’s nearest embassy or consulate. They’ll guide you through canceling your lost passport and issuing a temporary travel document to facilitate your return home.
Can I join your trip and take my baby with me?
Some trips may not be suitable for children due to vigorous activities. Please check the trip details or contact us to confirm if the trip is family-friendly and suitable for your baby.
